2004: A new era
In February 2004, resources were strengthened when Realogy Corporation, the worldwide provider of realty services, entered into a long-term strategic alliance with Sotheby's Holdings Inc.

This agreement provided for the authorization to license Sotheby's International Realty and acquiring offices. The agreement has mainly enabled the implementation of a luxury franchise system: standardization of marketing and IT services, standardization of the customer approach, and pooling of customer databases and assets.

At the end of 2004, for France and Monaco, the main franchise was acquired by Sotheby's International Realty's former President and CEO Europe, Alexander V. G. Kraft.

The CEO of the Sotheby's Realty France Monaco network established his Paris office within the Paris Ouest Sotheby's Realty agency Victor Hugo, location of the Fortitude AG head office, which you may also contact for any inquiries concerning France. and Monaco.

Since 2005, Sotheby's International Realty France-Monaco has set up around fifty real estate agencies, with team members carefully chosen from the best local players benefiting from an established reputation for excellence.
