Hotel - The Peninsula Paris
Built in 1908 as the Majestic Hotel, in 1937 the building became an annex to the Defense Ministry. During the war, it was used as the German general staff HQ before becoming once more a HQ between 1946 and 1958, this time for UNESCO. In 2014, the building was transformed into the Peninsula Hotel. In a prime location near avenue Kléber just a stone’s throw from many iconic landmarks, The Peninsula Paris is an oasis of peace in the capital. In a classical building steeped in history, this hotel with a genuine character and a unique charm is today among the capital’s “Palace” hotels. Simply perfect, its bedrooms ally luxury and comfort.
