Moët & Chandon Opens a Pop-Up Restaurant with Chef Yannick Alléno

The renowned Michelin-starred chef Yannick Alléno opens a pop-up restaurant-bar in the heart of the 7th arrondissement of Paris, in collaboration with the champagne house Moët & Chandon.

Moët In Paris by Allénos

This summer, to introduce tourists and visitors to the best food and wine pairings, Moët & Chandon (part of the LVMH group) has teamed up with Yannick Alléno, a three-star Michelin chef. Together, they have created a temporary and immersive venue where guests can enjoy the finest cuvées from the house, accompanied by dishes specially created for the occasion. There will also be special events, ranging from nighttime DJ sets to gastronomic brunches curated by the chef.

The entire experience takes place in a unique setting designed by Charles de Vilmorin. The young French designer, formerly with Rochas, has crafted an immersive, colorful space that is sure to captivate visitors and pique their curiosity.

Summer is a season ripe for pop-up events, a time when brands multiply these unique experiences to enhance their image and maximize media exposure. Similarly, Veuve Clicquot has announced the opening of pop-up terraces worldwide this summer to promote its new cuvée RICH. In Paris, these terraces will be located on the top floor of Printemps Haussmann, from June 5 to September 30, in collaboration with chef Jean Imbert.

This year, events are even more prominent with the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. In a completely different field, the house of Dior has unveiled its floating spa, which will be open on the Seine from July 30 to August 11 exclusively.

Moët in Paris by Allénos, Beaupassage, 53-57 Rue de Grenelle, Paris 7. Open since June 1, 2024, this pop-up restaurant-bar will remain accessible throughout the summer and will close on the day of the declaration of the end of the harvest in Champagne, early autumn.
