Real estate in Paris: discover in which arrondissements the properties are sold the most
For several years, the difference of prices between arrondissements has reduced a lot whereas the selling rates vary between a district and another. And the central arrondissements are not those with the best rate. So what are the best areas for selling a property?

The 9th, 10th and 11th arrondissements, which have become fashionable lately, have an average selling rate of 61.97%, the highest in the capital and the selling prices have shot up. In the 9th, the average price per square meter is €11,852, €11,060 in the 10th and €11,292 in the 11th.

The selling rate in Parisian north-east is superior to the Parisian average. Indeed, as the price per square meter is lower than the rest of the capital (€9,235 in the 19th, the cheapest in Paris), there are more buyers.

On the contrary, the 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th arrondissements, the most expensive of the capital, suffer with a deficit of buyers and display selling rates of 30%. Same with the Parisian hypercenter, which in spite of high prices per square meters display lower selling rates with an average of 45.45%.
