Paris 10th district, the seduction of a bohemian district
The 10th arrondissement still attracts a large clientele, but today it is undergoing a revival of interest by a clientele interested in its rise in prestige.

Indeed, the 10th arrondissement has not always been a favourite of wealthy clients, but in recent years it has become more and more popular. Indeed, many buyers are looking for a new space rich in diversity. There are many prestigious properties, the value of which has been increasing for years. The neo-retro style that attracts many tourists around the Canal Saint-Martin gives a spirit of romance to this arrondissement. There are some sublime areas such as the quays of Valmy and Jemappes.

The 10th arrondissement was the place where Baron Haussmann practised for his architecture that left its mark on Paris. This district seduces by its numerous pedestrian streets, secret passages and artistic spaces. The 10th arrondissement also has an advantage for a working population: everything is easily accessible.
