Appartements haussmanniens dans le 17e parisien, des écrins résidentiels
The 17th arrondissement is a little-known district, yet it is prized for the quality of life, the richness of its architecture and the intimacy it offers. In fact, this district with its Haussmann-style architecture has a real added value, rich in its dead ends, its passages but also its flower-filled towns. The clientele is made up of couples, families and also personalities looking for a space closer to nature. Close to chic suburbs such as Neuilly-sur-Seine or Levallois-Perret, the 17th arrondissement offers the possibility of being close to the capital while having the impression of living in a quiet suburb.

Many districts are popular, such as Ternes, Villiers, Malesherbes, Pereire or the great plain of Monceau, where many private mansions attract a wealthy clientele. These high-end districts are precious jewels, rich in their location and the Haussmann-style architecture of the buildings, which gives a real cachet to the space.

A concentration of prestigious buildings

In addition to its rich architecture, its history is similar to that of many chic districts in Paris. Indeed, the 17th arrondissement has been the home of many writers and artists. Today, it is the home of many public figures such as former Prime Minister Dominique de Villepin but also humorists such as Gad Elmaleh, Franck Dubosc or Elie Semoun but also artists such as record jockeys David Guetta or Martin Solveig. This district attracts because it allows a calm life, far from prying eyes, providing a certain anonymity for these celebrities.

The key words of the district, luxury and tranquillity

Many prestigious properties are available in the 17th arrondissement, such as a beautiful freestone building built in 1903, which seduces with its mouldings and antique chandeliers, giving a real impression of living in the heart of a historical heritage. All of the properties offer a spirit of calm, in top-of-the-range conditions. For example, a luxury flat is currently for sale, its 250 m² of living space on the third floor of a Haussmann-style building is a perfect example of the type of property sought after in this arrondissement. Ideal for a large family, this prestigious property has four bedrooms each with a bathroom as well as two laundry rooms. Moreover, it combines top-of-the-range real estate, Haussmann-style architecture steeped in history and the charm of living in a neighbourhood full of serenity.
