Richard Branson's mansion, for sale for 4.5 million euros
Alexander Kraft, President of Sotheby's International Realty France - Monaco presents a new exceptional property sold in this luxury real estate agency. In fact, Richard Branson's property in the heart of the English forest, near the capital, is being sold for 4.5 million euros.

Concerning its former owner, he is an illustrious character. Richard Branson opened a store at the age of 20 in London and then went into music with his production of the music for "The Exorcist". He also sold his music label for a billion dollars. A true business man, he is at the origin of the creation of an airline, stores, a radio, financial services, as well as a space travel agency. Ennobled by the Queen of England, he is also a great sportsman who achieved many feats such as crossing the Atlantic in a hot air balloon, crossing the English Channel in an amphibious car and crossing the Atlantic in a speedboat.
Alexander Kraft emphasizes: "We are proud that personalities of this stature choose Sotheby's International Realty for the sale of their property".

A charming property
This beautiful manor house would have been bought by the Branson parents in 1963 from a viscountess. Jason Corbett, in charge of the sale of this property underlines its character as well as its charm. The house consists of two buildings on a 5 600 m2 plot of land divided in two parts and decorated with patios.
The first one of 300 m2 has 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, its charm is underlined by its exposed beams and high ceilings but also the natural light. Several elements give a well marked style to this property, stained glass windows, large fireplaces but also a spiral staircase. In addition, there are luxury amenities such as a custom kitchen and a family room that can be used as student or staff accommodations.
The second part is composed of a reception room with checkroom but also four bedrooms, with a more marked old style, this part of the property seduces by its image full of history.

A very strong potential
This property enjoys a great potential, first of all by its charming architecture but also by the vast possibility of developments. Indeed, it is possible to redevelop to enlarge the space, but also to build new rooms or to modify the usefulness of existing rooms to make playrooms or additional bedrooms.

A privileged location
Its location also makes it a highly sought-after residence. In fact, it is located in an intimate corner of the English countryside, close to very good schools while being able to enjoy a green landscape. One can enjoy the joys of the countryside while still being close to the capital, London is only 35 minutes away by train and the freeway is nearby. Also, it is possible to enjoy multiple activities thanks to this location, such as horseback riding, cycling or hiking.
Close to a typical village that has preserved its historical beauty, this residence benefits from a cricket field but also from a store and a grocery store.
