The Sotheby's International Realty network has noted a strengthening of buyers' desire for space, as in the first confinement. Also, the figures that have emerged since this second confinement are rather positive for the luxury real estate agency, both by an increase in their field of action, but also by the growing desire to move to the buyers' homes.

Motivations that facilitate transactions

Outclassing your living space
Buyers are looking for an additional space in their main residence, whether it is an office or a balcony. But they are also looking for space in a second home where confinement or telecommuting would be more pleasant.
