France remains highly attractive in the field of luxury real estate. Indeed, this environment is looking for luxury services as well as a remarkable location. Living in France corresponds to the expectations of many buyers. 


France, the favorite country for buyers of prestigious properties

France does not seduce so much by its exceptional apartments, its weather or its art of living, but rather by the idea of living in a renowned city, symbol of success. Living in France is the result of getting into a rich environment. Unavoidable references, this country as well as its cities are a reference. According to Belles Demeures, last June, France was the most sought-after country for luxury real estate. On the other hand, destinations are losing more and more attractiveness such as the United States which lost 9 points between 2019 and 2020, the United Kingdom 5 points while the Caribbean islands have lost 9% to 4%.
