French real estate : The First price drops appear
It is now three weeks since real estate agencies were able to reopen their doors. Sales have already been made, sometimes with a slight drop.

During the two months of confinement, the exchanges did not stop between buyers and real estate agents and sometimes with unexpected offers, as stated by Mr. Alexander Kraft, CEO of Sotheby's International Realty France - Monaco, "Some buyers, especially in Paris because the market is constantly rising before the Covid-19, tried to take advantage of the crisis to make a deal. ”

These first post-containment sales are very promising and heralds a good recovery for the luxury real estate market in Paris. The notaries, who were waiting for the reopening of the real estate agencies, also responded and made every effort to finalize the sales as quickly as possible.

All agencies of Paris Ouest Sotheby’s International Realty, the leading luxury brokerage in Paris and west of Paris, are happy to be able to find and support clients in their real estate project.
