
Built during the organization of the Bois de Boulogne under the Second Empire, this former hunting lodge was transformed into a restaurant in 1900 at the time of the World Expo. With its magnificent terrace facing the woods, many consider it to be Paris’s finest restaurant. Chef Frédéric Robert lovingly prepares a gourmet and meticulously prepared cuisine.
