Celebrating the new Michelin-Starred restaurants of Paris 2024: A luxurious feast for connoisseurs

On Monday, March 18th, in the picturesque city of Tours, the crème de la crème of French gastronomy gathered for the highly anticipated annual ceremony of the Michelin Guide. This event, a true institution, unveiled the list of starred restaurants in the hexagon, eliciting excitement and admiration among connoisseurs of haute cuisine, luxury, and prestige.

This year, the Michelin Guide crowned 62 new starred establishments, including two that received the ultimate distinction of three stars, eight were awarded two stars, and 52 were honored with one star, thus joining the prestigious catalog of restaurants offering a unique experience.

A premier gem of Parisian gastronomy, Le Gabriel - La Réserve Paris, located in the prestigious 8th arrondissement, has joined the ranks of starred culinary temples. Under the guidance of Chef Jérôme Banctel, this establishment offers a unique sensory experience, where the "Virée," "Périple," and "Escales" menus transport guests on an exceptional gustatory journey, punctuated by luxury that characterizes the most sought-after neighborhoods of the capital.

Among the new addresses distinguished with two stars, Le Jules Verne in the 7th arrondissement of Paris stands out for its excellence and elegance.

Finally, among the 52 new restaurants adorned with one star, Espadon, the restaurant of the Ritz Paris, in the heart of Place Vendôme, in the 1st arrondissement, led by the talented chef Eugénie Béziat, attracts the attention of epicureans seeking unique and exclusive experiences in Paris and its surroundings.

Thus, by unveiling these new sanctuaries of gastronomy, the Michelin Guide invites us to savor excellence and luxury in all their forms.
